Danielle is the Co-Founder and COO of the MD Esthetics brand and is responsible for creating and implementing front and back-office processes for all corporate locations and the MD Esthetics Franchise.  \n\nShe has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on process improvement and Lean Six Sigma. After working in the supply chain field\, she had an opportunity to shadow a salesperson and fell in love with the customer interaction\, sales strategy\, and independence that came along with that role. Danielle transitioned to sales soon thereafter and spent 8 years in the field before staying at home with her children.  \n\nOnce Danielle was ready to get back to work\, she wanted to become an esthetician given her passion for skincare and experience battling acne as a teen. After discussing the idea with Mike\, they instead decided to combine their passions and open a medical aesthetics practice. The rest is history.
