They will be discussing "It Takes a Neighborhood: Impact Through Community Partnership".\n\n\n\nMeals on Wheels of Hillsborough County (HCMOW) is the largest provider of home-delivered nutrition in NH\, serving nearly 8\,000 healthy meals to aging and isolated adults in 31 towns and cities\, including Nashua. HCMOW responds urgently to the crisis of social isolation and loneliness that touches every community we serve from multi-family urban homes to rural towns who call us "the only game in town" for senior nutrition. Since 1977\, our agency has provided Meals on Wheels to Hillsborough County neighbors who need food assistance in order to maintain their independence in two key demographics: aging adults 60 and above and adults over the age of 18 who are otherwise unable to access nutrition due to disability or income level. In 2023\, Meals on Wheels served more than 180\,000 meals to 4\,100 participants\, about half of whom also benefit from our popular Dine Out Club program\, a unique social opportunity provided in partnership with restaurants in Merrimack\, Manchester\, and Goffstown.
