\nThis month we will be hearing from Uno'\;s Pizzeria and the following topics:
\nNavigating the Key Performance Indicators in an ever evolving restaurant and hospitality \;industry"\;. \; We'\;ve had to become more creative in our hiring and retention practices in order to \;keep staff engaged to provide great guest service. \; We'\;ve focused on guest perception and \;feedback and how to improve accuracy \;and VALUE for our guests in order to keep sales and NEW \;guests coming into our restaurant in a very competitive market. \; We'\;ve focused on our costs of \;goods vs. what guests are willing to spend and have needed to tighten cost controls and manage \;any vendor supply or product shortages without impacting our quality. \; Finally\, we'\;ve focused \; \;on giving back to our community and offering groups the opportunity to host luncheons with us
\nto appreciate their staff or to fund-raise \;for non-profit groups and provide outside donations to \; \;groups who also need a helping hand through these times
