First Time Homebuyer Online Workshop

Homeownership is an exciting venture. As a first time homebuyer, the process can also be overwhelming. Triangle’s First Time Homebuyer workshop walks you through the step-by-step process so you are more prepared when you decide on your new home. This multi-presenter educational session will cover: how to prequalify and apply for a mortgage, what to expect when searching for your new house, what is PMI and why it is important, and the final steps to closing your mortgage loan. Presenters will also answer any other questions you may have about the homebuying process.
