Join us as we kick off THRIVE. This quarterly event series will be focused on wellness in all its forms. Through this series we will visit new places and discover the connection between health, work/life balance, and heightened productivity as we delve into a holistic approach to self-care. Learn how cultivating a robust work/life balance isn't just a luxury but a strategic investment in your overall success.
Our first event will be hosted at Root Awakening! Root Awaking is New England's FIRST Kava Bar. Kava promotes a relaxed and calm feeling, with a natural ability to reduce anxiety and stress. Traditionally, Pacific Islanders crushed, chewed, and ground the root stump of the shrub, then soaked it in water to produce a drink for ceremonies and culture practices.

Bobbilyn Moore: Bobbilyn was trained by Beth Crawford in traditional Usui Reiki methods in 2011 at the Southern NH Reiki Center receiving her Level 1 & 2 practitioner certifications. Her Reiki Master certification was achieved in 2019 with Libby Barnett at Reiki Healing Connection. She is the owner of Gate City Reflexology and Massage in Nashua, NH, where she offers customized massage therapy, reflexology, reiki, and TMJ/TMD massage.
Jeff Beland: Jeff is a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition. He is also trained in Integrated Energy Therapy, Auric Record Clearing, and understands the body's energy systems through the lens of the Chakra System and Reflexology.
Sound Healer ~
Jessica Olson: Jessica is a Songbird Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master, lovelight-bringer, medicine woman. She is on a mission to hold sacred space as well as a safe container while you come into your own inner healing. Offering sound medicine to anyone who is in search of a relaxing, yet powerful healing modality, this enchanting meditation is sure to align your frequencies. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic medicine drum, gong, chimes, rattles as well as her vocals come together for a relaxing and memorable experience. Sound is medicine!
