The Programs Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the Chamber’s leadership, networking, educational, and member engagement programs. This role manages program logistics, volunteer committees, participant communications, event planning, and community partnerships while supporting the Chambers' mission to strengthen the regional business community.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Manage the Leadership Greater Nashua program, including the recruitment process, scheduling retreats, monthly sessions, and alumni engagement.
- Coordinate the Young Professionals programming, referral groups, business education events, and member networking opportunities.
- Organize speakers, venues, sponsors, registrations, communications, and event logistics
- Maintain program databases, CRM records, attendance surveys, and reporting.
- Coordinate guests and scheduling for the Chamber’s bi-weekly radio program.
- Assist with Chamber events and support additional initiatives assigned by the President & CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational, customer service, and ability to speak in front of small and large groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer relationship management software
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Our total compensation package includes:
A flexible working environment, including remote Friday work year-round and Summer Fridays, a 401K plan with a company match upon participation. There are 10 paid holidays, 2 additional floating holidays, 2 personal days, and extra days for the Winter break in late December. Additional earned time off accrues at the rate of 10 vacation days and 6 sick days annually. There is a Chamber health plan that includes dental and medical coverage, with the cost shared between the Chamber and the employee. This is a salaried position with an expected pay range of $50,000 to $55,000, depending on experience.
