About Us

MAD Learning Design is a custom learning design company that creates tailored learning solutions that meet both our client's objectives and their employee's development needs.

We offer three services:

1) Custom Learning – We work with our clients to create a learning solution that meets their learning objectives.
2) Learning Strategy – We can help create a learning program for our client’s employees.
3) Process Improvement – We can work with our clients to create and document processes for their employees.

Within all these services, we do our best to develop learning with performance support in mind. This allows us to provide the initial training organizations are looking for and the support employees need afterward.
