Colliers Announces Property Management Team Promotions & New Hire

Erika Viner Promoted to Accounting and Human Resources Manager
Erika Viner has been promoted to Accounting and Human Resources Manager for the Property Management division. In this expanded role, Viner oversees daily accounting operations and human resources administration for the team.

Viner joined Colliers in September 2023 as an Accounting Specialist and was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2025. She brings more than 10 years of accounting experience to the role, with expertise in accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, tenant billing, reconciliations, budgeting support, and financial reporting across office, industrial, and retail asset classes.
 
Abe Grainger Joins as Assistant Property Manager
The team welcomed Abe Grainger as Assistant Property Manager. Grainger joined the firm in early April and works alongside Brad Abel, Vice President of the New Hampshire Property Management Team, in supporting Abel's clients and managed properties.

Grainger brings more than seven years of experience at New Balance, where he advanced through a series of roles from Associate Account Specialist to Sales Planning Analyst. His background in account management, client relationships, and data-driven planning translates well to the demands of commercial property management.
 
Alexa Stone Promoted to Assistant Property Manager
Alexa Stone has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager, where she will work alongside Kayleigh Reilly, Property Manager, in supporting Reilly’s extensive portfolio.

Stone joined Colliers in January 2022 as Lease Services Specialist, where she coordinated communications between property managers and tenants, oversaw accounts receivable, lease administration, and the full tenant lifecycle from move-in, through lease renewals, and move-out.
