Colliers Facilitates $6.8 Million Sale of Fully Leased Industrial Property in Nashua, New Hampshire
Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the $6.8 million sale of 4 Bud Way in Nashua, New Hampshire. The 45,650± SF flex industrial property was sold by JP Irving LLC (Kelley Family Properties) to SIG 4 Bud LLC (Sticks Investment Group).
Andrew Robbins, Senior Associate with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller in the transaction. Tyler Ewing of Hunneman represented the buyer.
“The sale of this fully leased, multi-tenant industrial building underscores the continued strength of investor demand for quality New Hampshire industrial assets, even as capital markets have become more selective," said Robbins. "Industrial remains the state's most sought-after asset class, and opportunities to acquire stabilized properties of this size are increasingly limited. With vacancy across southern New Hampshire remaining near historic lows and new construction constrained by land availability and development costs, well-leased industrial buildings continue to command significant investor interest.”
The multi-tenant building was 100% leased to 13 tenants at the time of sale. The acquisition expands Sticks Investment Group's New England industrial portfolio, reflecting the firm's continued focus on acquiring and operating value-add industrial assets throughout the region.
