Devine Millimet Welcomes New Associate Seth Corwin

Manchester, NH – Devine Millimet welcomes our newest associate, Seth Corwin, to the firm's Manchester, New Hampshire office.

Attorney Corwin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and his Sports Law Certificate from the University of New Hampshire’s Sports and Entertainment Law Institute. While in law school he served as the Editor-in-Chief for The University of New Hampshire Law Review and as the President of the UNH Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Attorney Corwin began his career at a local firm handling various corporate matters such as the acquisition and divestiture of several high-value companies and assets.

As an Associate member of the Devine Corporate team, Attorney Corwin will be working on a variety of legal matters focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations and Corporate Governance.
