Family Promise of Southern NH Announces LaTonya Muccioli as Executive Director

The Board of Trustees of Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire is pleased to announce the appointment of LaTonya Muccioli as its next Executive Director, effective May 2026. Muccioli will succeed longtime Executive Director Pamela Wellman, whose leadership has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission to support families experiencing homelessness across the region.

“It is such a privilege to join Family Promise. As we continue to see increases in families experiencing housing instability, I am dedicated to ensuring that our mission to end family homelessness continues. Family stability is necessary for our community to thrive and prosper. I look forward to learning from Pam during her transition and am eager to work with the talented team of employees, volunteers, and stakeholders that make this mission possible.” – LaTonya Muccioli.

Muccioli brings a strong track record of leadership in housing stability, public health, and human services. She currently serves as Housing Services Officer for the City of Nashua, where she leads the City’s response to homelessness and housing instability, collaborates with stakeholders at the local, state, and federal levels, and plays a key role in strategic planning, public policy education, and grant development. Her work includes managing critical community programs such as the Overnight Warming Station, supporting grant development and compliance, and advancing data-informed decision-making through the Homeless Management Information System.

“I am incredibly honored to have LaTonya as my successor and the new Executive Director! LaTonya’s unmatched industry knowledge, respected integrity, and visionary leadership will ensure Family Promise’s success far into future. We are so fortunate to have LaTonya, and I look forward to watching the incredible Family Promise team and mission thrive!” – Pam Wellman.

In addition to her professional roles, Muccioli is an active leader in regional and statewide efforts to address housing and public health challenges. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Greater Nashua Continuum of Care and Co-Chair of the Supportive Housing Subcommittee for the Governor’s Council on Housing Stability, and contributes to multiple public health and housing-related committees. A frequent speaker and panelist on issues of homelessness and community health, she brings a collaborative, systems-focused approach to her work. “LaTonya is a proven leader whose deep commitment to housing stability and public health, combined with her ability to bring partners together around meaningful solutions, makes her exceptionally well suited to lead Family Promise in its mission to end homelessness,” says Board Chair Marc Siragusa.
