[Merrimack, NH] — [03/03/2026] — The Law Family Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Spring-Connell as Vice President of Finance. In this role, he will oversee all financial management and will be a key partner to all divisions in the accomplishment of financial goals across the Law Family Companies’ diverse portfolio of transportation, warehousing, moving and storage, and commercial real estate businesses.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations, Alex brings a proven ability to connect financial performance with day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals. Over the course of his career, Alex has built comprehensive reporting and forecasting frameworks that provide clarity, structure, and insight— empowering leadership teams to make informed, timely decisions.
Alex’s connection to the transportation and logistics industry runs deep. Having spent summers working in a central less-than-truckload hub while his father served as an industry executive, he developed a first-hand appreciation for the complexity, time sensitivity, and people-driven nature of logistics operations. That early experience shaped a career dedicated to improving visibility, accountability, and financial discipline within complex organizations.
Most recently, Alex partnered closely with logistics and operations leadership to map and analyze routing and delivery processes. This collaboration led to the implementation of systems that enhanced scheduling, visibility, and accountability across multiple regions.
