Wags to Whiskers Festival Returns September 21st

The Humane Society for Greater Nashua (HSFN) is hosting its annual Wags to Whiskers Festival on Saturday, September 21st from 11am to 3pm on the fields of Anheuser-Busch located at 221 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH. The money raised during this event will go towards the care of the animals at the HSFN shelter.

There’s plenty to do and see at the Wags to Whiskers Festival. Guests can visit dozens of pet-friendly vendors, grab a bite from one of the food trucks, and visit the HSFN raffle tent featuring over 100 raffle items. Children can have fun at the Kids’ Zone tent where they can play carnival-style games and win fun prizes! Dogs can test their agility in the Doggie Parkour area or run the Lure Course provided by Good Mojo Dog Manor.

Maybe you and your dog prefer to sit back and observe? No problem! Nashua and Merrimack PD will be doing demonstrations with K9s Yukon (Nashua) and Drei (Merrimack). As always, there will be the ever-popular Adoption Tent for those who have been planning to add a canine companion to their home. Come meet a dozen adorable pups available for adoption. Who knows, you may leave the event with your new best friend.

Adult tickets (21+) cost $15 and come with 1 free beer. Ages 17 – 20 cost $12 per ticket, and ages 16 and under are free.
