PCSP Caregiver – Personal Care Service Provider
Alfa Care LLC is urgently seeking PCSP caregivers for full‑time, part‑time, and per diem positions. We proudly serve CFI Medicaid and private‑pay clients throughout Hillsborough County and beyond.
Position Overview
PCSP caregivers provide essential non‑medical support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
- Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship
- Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
- Experience as a caregiver, LNA, or PCSP preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with integrity
