Alfa Care LLC is a locally owned home health agency serving clients across Hillsborough County and surrounding areas. We are urgently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full‑time, part‑time, and per diem roles.

Position Overview
The RN will provide skilled nursing services to clients in their homes, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered care. This role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one‑on‑one client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled nursing visits, assessments, and care planning
- Provide wound care, medication management, chronic disease support, and client education
- Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and case managers
- Document care accurately and in compliance with state and agency standards
- Continuously support quality improvement
- Active NH RN license
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to client-centered care
